I spent more time wrestling with the darn thing than I did using it. I must be band challenged because my band would get tangled, slip from my hands, and on and on. Unfortunately the band did not work as well for me as just plain weights or the balls she uses in some of her videos. I was intrigued by this video since it it had the band to work the upper body. I was able to follow along almost perfectly by the end of my first time through. I love Leslie and her videos since they're so incredibly easy to use and follow along to, even for someone like me who has no sense of choreography. It's a great workout that's not too strenuous and you can do it in the comfort of your own home! Generally I end up finishing the workout before I even notice it's actually been that long. She's very down to earth and is good at motivating you. I love doing workout videos at home because I get self-conscious working out in front of people.Īs usual Leslie is very encouraging and likeable. This one is a 4 mile long one and like all the Leslie videos it is split up by mile. You can do as much or as little of the video as you want. This DVD is great for those that are beginners. I didn't actually think the band would be that useful during the workout but it actually works your muscles pretty well! I even found my muscles slightly sore the next day, which I did not expect at all. It comes with the band used for the video, which is great because you don't have to go out and buy one. The Leslie Sansone Walk and Home/Walk Slim Fast Firming is great, just like all of her other videos. I have done almost all of Leslie Sansone's walking videos.
